Dismantling/Opening work

On site lifting of 15 MVA Power Transformer suitable place by using suitable capacity of crane/hydra. Opening of transformer tank cover including removal of nuts, bolts, gaskets and accessories. Draining of transformer oil, safe storage in clean containers and hand over to workshop on site. Removal of core and winding assembly using adequate capacity crane and manpower on site.

Weighment Work

Transportation of core and winding & Power Transformer Tank separately to authorized weighbridge (Dharam Kanta) for weighment of each item one by one by using hydra & truck.

Re-assembly and Sealing

Re-fitting of core and winding assembly into Power transformer tank and after final sealing of transformer on site, keep the transformer at the same place from where it was lifted.

Videography of work

Complete videography of entire job of each transformer (opening, weight age, re-assembly & sealing) and submission of recording in pen drive.
