| 2 | Complete dismantling of all three poles of 145 kV SF₆ Circuit Breaker (CGL make, Type120-SFM ,Sr No 1453C, MFG 1986) of Machine No-2 including dismantling of all three poles, safe lowering, opening of interrupter chambers, replacement of complete gasket/O-ring set, cleaning of flange faces, servicing of operating mechanism, spring charging motor, gearbox, trip & closing coils (220V DC), auxiliary contacts, checking of main contacts wear, lubrication, replacement of worn bushes/bearings if required, proper re-assembly with torque tightening, pole alignment, refixing on structure, SF6 gas pressure checking, SF₆ gas system including evacuation, moisture removal and topping-up / refilling of SF₆ gas as required; checking of density monitor, pressure switches, control wiring and interlocks; adjustment of operating mechanism, replacement of leaking air pressure copper pipes ,timing verification, mechanical and electrical operations including O-C-O operation, measurement of contact resistance of all three poles, functional testing, final testing, commissioning and submission of test reports, complete in all respects as per OEM recommendation leakage test, breaker timing test, IR test and making the breaker fully operational in all respects as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
