| 5 | Providing P.C.C. M.25 grade with 20mm and down graded CBHG chips including hoisting and laying with all cost carriage royality taxes and all labour involved for the completion of item of work as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. |
| 6 | Centering and shuttering and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns including cost of materials labours etc. complete |
| 7 | Straightening cutting, bending bent up of M.S. rods / Tor steels, including cranking, hooking, welding or jointing the M.S. rods or tor confirming to I.S. 432 (Plain) and 1785 (Tor) steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of all labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge. |
| 8 | Cleaning the existing surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and or compressed air to receive bituminous. |
| 9 | Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumern at the rate of 0.20 Kg per Sqm on the prepared surface cleaned including cost of Carriage & Royality taxes etc complete. |
| 10 | Providing and laying 25mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spaceing of 10 cm centimeter in both direction pressed in to surface when the temperatue of the surface not less than 100 degree centigrade protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface all complete. |
