Supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and comprehensive Annual maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 4.00 MLD Moujgarh road, Barara for online (Continuous) measurement of PH, Total Suspended Solids TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (5DSingle analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range200-/20mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic Cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cables, local data acquisition and display of data on continuous basis for up linking the data to ????, HSPCBandPHED, TUV approved complete in all respect as per Central pollution control and (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents and as contained in scope of work in the notice inviting tender. a) Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting up to 18 intelligent sensors scope including 8 analog inputs/ outputs (4 inputs and 4 outputs) (04 20Ma), wide- range power supply Optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing Or the UV-VIS range, for measurement in the Outlet/ effluent of waste water treatment plant at 4.00 MLD STP Barara integrated with automatic cleaning. b) Robust digital PH/ORP electrodes, with built-in preamplifier and temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) Cable length 100 Meter (minimum). c) Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensors, with IP68 water proof, connection to the intelligent Sensor Net system. Cable length 100 Metter(minimum) d) Data transfer to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED servers during 4 years of OandM after commissioning after 3 month trial period (including 4 years of defect liability period e) Providing GSM 36, 4G modem with mobile network connectivity including network charges for 4 years of OandM after commissioning after 3 month trial run (Including 4 years detect liability period).
