Disconnection of existing power cable from the MCCB/LT Panel and removing the same i/c making arrangement to liason with NDMC to disconnect the supply connection complete with making payment of fee for disconnection, if any and doing all formalities for reimbursement of security deposit etc. as required. (Note :- Fee paid will be reimbursed by BSNL only after submitting the receipt from NDMC and all other liasoning charges are included in this item).

Note:- 1. The Agency has to submit police verification record & ID proof of each staff.2. The firm shall provide each staff with working cell phone.3. The staff may be deputed for duty as per instruction of concerned SDE (E)/JTO (E).4. Penalty shall be imposed in case of absence of any staff as per T & C of contract.5. The Estimated Rates are inclusive of GST / other Input Tax Credit (ITC) taxes as applicable & reight Charges (Unloading & Stacking) etc., the contractor shall quote accordingly.6. The contractor shall provide correct tariff heads & other details to enable BSNL claim Input Tax Credit.7. The bidder who submits the offer with concessional Goods and Service Tax (GST) shall submit the proof of applicable concessional GST. In case the Concessional GST is not creditable to BSNL it should be included in the price of the goods/services.8. The FF & packing amount quoted shall not be subject to change after bid evaluation /ordering on account of change of copper, lead base price, change in duties & taxes of item etc.9 Bidder must mandatorily mention HSN & SAC numbers.10. Evaluation of bids: - The evaluation and comparison of responsive bids shall be done on the basis of Net cost to BSNL on the prices of the goods & Services (i.e. complete work) offered along with all applicable Taxes, packing Forwarding Freight & Insurance charges etc. exclusive of GST.Declaration by Bidder1. We hereby declare that in quoting the above prices, we have taken into account the entire credit on inputs available under the GST Act introduced w.e.f. 1 July 2017 and further extended on more items till date.2.
