Compacting original ground supproting embankment loosing , levelling and compacting to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment , scarified to a depth of 150mm , mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embancment construction .

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. ( Mix By Place Method )( Grade-ii)

Providing separation membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125mm thick .

Providing and laying in position cement concret of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level:-(1:1.5:3(1cement :1.5coarse sand (zone-III):3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)
