| 4 | Second Year AMC of VPN Concentrator | 2nd Year POST-Warranty AMC of complete Next gen VPN Concentrator which includes 02 number of HA clusters of VPN Concentrator (i.e. 4 individual VPNConcentrator devices, 2 devices at ISC Hyderabad in HA and 2 devices at PH Mumbai in HA) respectively. It includes all software/hardware/components,licenses, annual subscriptions, support per annum and NBD as per the scope of the project, technical specifications, terms and conditions given in the tender.This Line item is for Second year AMC. This line item will cover whole one year. Payment for AMC will be made on Quarterly basis at the end of each Quarter afterdeducting non-performance charges if any as mentioned in (Service Levels) of Tender document. |
