Excavation in earth work for structure in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including ordinay rock,hard rock (Requiring blasting), hard rock(blasting prohibited), marshy soil and their intermediate classification. If water is met due to stream flow, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, pumping and bailing out and the excavation shall be kept dry whenever so required by the contractor at his own cost , including dressing of slopes and beds setting out conforming to required lines, grades , side slopes as shown in the drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and transportation of soil to road way after back filling and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road or on approved dumping sites including its stacking, leveling and dressing in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means or other incidentals to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 305.1. All useful materials,such as stone shingles, agg. and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution of disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain/reinfocement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : Six sand :twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty miilimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed in open foundations and plinths complele as per drawings and H.P.P.W.D.specification &MORD technical specification and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing concrete for plain reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty miilimetre nominal size) including the cost of form work and curing complete and hauling/carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble stone masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) for sub structure as per drawing and techanical specification of Ministry of Rural Development for Rural road clause 702,704,1202 and 1204 including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of dry rubble stone masonry for Retaining walls, breast walls, revetment walls and parapets etc for sub-structure and super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification of Ministry of Rural Development for Rural road clause 704.6 and 1302.5 including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation. with in all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification of Ministry of Rural Development for rural road clause 1204.3.8 including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipement and materials to various location through.with in all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting in earth work in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling/wedging out of rock( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required setting out to the required line grades, side slopes trimming bottom and lvel as shown on the drawings and sorting out useful/unaseful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lift and transportation of the un-usful materialsand then disposing of surplus excavated earth through all modes of transporation including head load animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means (if any required) Recovery for useful stone of 91.97 Cum@ 300/per cum amounting to Rs. 27591 /- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect.
