Providing and manufacture the main shaft made from alloy steel material (ASTM 353 Grade) for a 100 KW Hydro turbine machine making tentative dimesions Total length 1500 mm and runner diameter portion 130 mm and all dimensions and measurements strictly in accordance with the original sample subsequently, removal of components from the damaged shaft and fixing of flywheel , runner labyrinth ring etc. onto the newly manufactured main shaft finally perform dynamic balancing of the runner and the flywheel & buy back of existing shaft.
