Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 500 kg/day capacity mechanized Organic Waste Converter (OWC) based on aerobic composting technology, complete with SS 304 processing chamber, MS structural supports with anti-corrosive coating, mechanical mixing/shredding system, heating/drying arrangement, control panel, and all necessary electrical components suitable for 415V, 3-phase power supply, capable of processing food waste, flower waste and other biodegradable temple waste with 60–90% volume reduction and producing stabilized organic compost in an odourless and low-noise operation with all accessories, civil and electrical interfacing, transportation to site, erection, trial run, operator training, and one-year comprehensive warranty, as per technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
