Load test and certification of Mooring Bollards : i) Carryout Proof load test and safe working load test of double bitt bollard onboard RV Sindhu Sankalp by using any testing fixture s/hydraulic arrangement.SWL of bollard is 20.9T. Diameter of bollard is Diameter of bollard is230mm & bollard to bollard distance is 420 mmII) Load test to be executed in the witness of a competent person approved by DGFASLI Govt. of INDIA. Load test certificate duly endorsed by the competent person to be issued after completion of loadtest.iii) Valid DGFASLI certificate of competent person to be submitted along with the technical bid.iv) All tools, tackles (including suitable load cell/dynamometer) & arrangement of manpower(includingcompetent person) required for execution of the job to be catered by the vendor. Utilization of jettybollards/jetty fixtures for strong points is not permissible.v) Job to be completed in 01 day. The vendor shall remain on standby to carry out the load test incoordination with the competent person until completion, in case the load test of all bollards cannotbe completed in a single day due to any technical issues arised during the load testing process.
