Operation, maintenance, cleaning, sweeping, watch and ward of toilets blocks having more than 10WCs seats situated in NDMC area, including day to day maintenance of toilets fittings & fixtures. electric items by deployment of gents/ladies safai karamchari 24x7 alongwith required manpower i.e. plumber, electrician, carpenter & sewerman to ensured proper maintenance and Ensure availabilty of hand wash & cleaning materials i.e. Garbage bags, Colin, Vim liquid, Supreme wipers,Urinal cubes/pads/Napthalene Balls, Handwash (Soap/ Powder/ Liquid.) as per terms & conditions , and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
