Checking of all existing rivets, screws and re-fixing the same with new rivets and screws with use of leak proof compound where ever required. It includes cost of removal of defective rivets, screws, cost of new rivets, screws and there replacing by new rivets / screws whenever and wherever report without any extra cost / charges. It includes cost of material, labour or other inputs required for the work. (15 feet long boat)

Complete painting of bottom and upper floors of boats with water proof rubber paint including cost of paint, labour and other inputs involved for the work including preparation of surface etc. complete(15 feet long boat).

Painting whole body of boats by aluminium paint including cost of aluminium paint and labour etc. involved for the work (15 feet long boat).

Lettering the name of department and division with enamel paint on the outer surface of boats including cost of enamel paint, labour and other incidental charges complete(15 feet long boat).

Removing of old damaged Salwood Gutka and providing new Salwood Gutka with nut bots and washer complete. Scope includes cost of material, labour and other incidental charges complete(15 feet long boat).

Replacing damaged aluminium gola on the bottom side of the boats including cost of inner side wood and top side aluminium sheet, labour and other inputs involved in the execution of work.

Repair of all seat and replacing the broken damaged seat wherever required. It is includes cost of material, labour and all other inputs required for the work.

Removing of damaged boat handles and fixing new boat handles, with nuts bolts and washer complete and changing of wooden cleats wherever required including making holes in the handles casted including cost of all material and labour complete.

OBM transom repair with aluminium sheet and wood including cost of labour, material and other incidental charges involved in the work(15 feet long boat).

Repair of buoyancy system of boats (system enables the boat to float at water level in case of drowning) by replacing the old thermacol sheet fixed underneath the seats of boat by new water proofing foam by opening the seats after removing the aluminium sheet and transforming it to its original shape after changing the damaged thermacol including changing the water proof ply of seats as required with cost of labour and material involved in completion of work etc. complete(15 feet long boat).

Repair of border of the boat by removing of damaged aluminium sheet and wooden batten and fixing of new wooden batten and aluminium sheet with steel screws and nails including cost of materials labour and other incidental charges complete(15 feet long boat).
