Collection of SS304L coils (3mm thk, 1500mm width) as FIM from INRP stores, handling, transportion, insuarance, decoiling & cutting to length of 3 metres, weather proof packing and delivery of plates to INRP stores.

Collection of SS304L plates from departmental stores, handling, transportation, preparation of fabrication drawings, cleaning of plates, cutting to size, Bending and Installation of SS 304L Liner plates of 3mm & 6mm thickness on floor/wall after grinding/chipping of concrete surfaces(upto:10mm thk) and grids, GTAW Welding of SS liner plates with embeded grid and EPs, including flush grinding of welds, Liquid Penetrant examination, Vacuum box testing and Pickling & passivation after completion of lining work with supply of all consumables and arrangements for DM water, Plate bending setup, Testing setups, Scaffolding and all materials as required, complete as per technical specification and tender drawings.

Butt welding of 6mm thick SS plates by GTAW using ER 308L / ER 309L filler wire including flushing, Liquid penetrant examination, Vacuum box testing and pickling & passivation of weld.

Supply of wedge type, M12, 100 mm length SS 304L anchors, installation by drilling, Plug welding with SS liner plates by GTAW using ER308L filler wire along with flush grinding, LP testing and pickling & passivation of weld .
