| 6 | Fabrication of Taramandal boxes of 1 set consisting of 4 pieces of different design, specification, and drawing. Box is to be made strictly with the 12mm plywood (BWP, IS:710, Fire resistant/fire-proof). All outside is to be covered with Rexin (approved colour). To be given with ¼\\" thick PU foam, top cover and body is to be attached with a chain, to be provided with handle, locking arrangement and hinge with stainless steel materials. | 7 | Packing of the items inside the wooden crates or plywood boxes (Sl. Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4) using suitable packing materials, as required, such as thermocol, thermocol chips, corrugated paper, stretch film, transparent polythene, bubble wrap sheet, cotton, PU foam sheet, rubber/shock absorber, felt, etc., to ensure adequate protection of the items inside the crates/boxes. | 11 | Supplying and fixing of heavy-duty castor wheels of polyurethane roller-bearing type with metal plate mounting and brake arrangement, ready for installation on packing crates/boxes. The castor wheels shall be suitable for load capacities up to 3 tonnes and shall be provided and fitted on any of the crates/boxes listed at S.
