Dismantling/removal of existing damaged or worn-out tile flooring in washrooms including disposal of unserviceable material outside the site as directed.ii. Carefully rectifying/repairing the existing sanitary installations including pipelines, traps, joints, and fixtures to ensure proper alignment and functionality.iii. Providing and laying of new floor tiles of approved quality, size 300 x 300 mm, and make over a suitable cement mortar bed, including surface preparation, leveling, joint filling with grout, curing, and finishing complete.iv. Checking and rectification of any leakage in water supply and drainage lines, including necessary repairs/replacements to ensure leak-proof system.v. The work includes all materials, labour, tools, and tackles required to complete the job in all respects and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
