PUMPING MACHINERY CENTRIFUGAL:- Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of energy efficient horizontal spindle ,horizontal / radial split casing / end ' suction ( back pull out arrangement).Single / double/ multi stage centrfugal pump suitqable for operation, in parallel of recommended make such as of Mather and Platt / KSB /kirloskar/ Beaconweir / confirming to BIS IS 1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS: 9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting clear water for under mentioned characteristic with Bronze/Bronze with 2.5% nicked impellers, priming funnels of dia 405 mm casing ringing and shaft sleeves of Bronze/ steel,shaft of SS-410/IAS 1431 chrome plated with cast iron casing or as per manufacturer specification relevent to the technical parameter of NIT coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS base plate squirrel cage induction motor TEFC type energy efficientminimum IE 2 compliance confirming to IS-12615-2018 with upto date ammendments of standard make such as kirloskar /BHEL /Crompton /NGEFF/ GEC/ Siemens/Jyoti/ABB/Marathon and suitable for operation on LT,50 cycles/second 3 Face AC elictric supply. The pump set should include water level guards, errection clamps ,cable,depth gauge,double loop earting ,NRV,common header Sluice valve and actuated valves of approved class including errection charges etc.The power eletric motor/Motors should be atleast (+ )10% in excess of the meximum power required by the pump /Pumps in the operation range of (+)10% and (- ) 15% of the duty point head .Thestarting current of the motor shall be limted to not more then 4.5 to 5 time of full load current including .
