Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement: five coarse sand :ten graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size ) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etcetera up to floor all level, including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm (twenty two millimetre) thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with light shade pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etcetera complete, on 20 mm (twenty millimetre)thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four coarse sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. tube hand rail of approved size by welding etcetera to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
