Demolition above G.L including stacking the serviceable materials and disposing of un-serviceable materials with in 20 mtrs lead and including cutting the necessary reinfircement and separating out from RCC/RB work complete in all respect.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battons and ballies,height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mtr and removal of the same for in situ reinforced and plain concrete work in :-

Flat surfaces such as soffits,suspended floors,roofs landing and the like Floors etc. upto 200 mm thickness in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Vertical surfaces such as walls ( Any thickness ) partition and the like including attached pillasters,butteresses,plinth and string courses etc from top of foundation level to floor -2 level with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement, 1½ sand, 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in (a) Walls ( any thickness ) partition and the like including attached pillasters,butteresses,plinth and string courses etc from top of foundation level to floor -2 level with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.(For wall and bed of tank)

b) for flat slab of tank

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Manufactureing , febrication & fixing of main hole cover of 0.60X0.60 m. size made of M.S sheet 2.0 mm thick with M.S angle 35X35X5 mm thick with hinges one side and sliding door bolt for locking arangement i/c cutting, welding and priming & painting two coats of anamel paint complete in all respect to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
