| 4 | S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 350mm x7mm thick or 350mm x 250mm x 7mm thick as on verticle surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry, fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and diredted. |
| 5 | M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring, 18-20mm thick, as in floor, laid/ fixed over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | All as per serial item No. 5.00 here-in-above but as on skirting, fixed over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L 18 to 20mm thick granite (of any type) stone work, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, laid/ fixed over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. |
