SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IDesign, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning passenger lift of capacity 544 Kgs (8 Passengers) electrically operated microprocessor based controlled fully automatic stainless steel sliding doors and car enclosure with AC variable voltage and variable frequency with close loop control for serving upto 4 floors (G+3) at speed of 1.0 m/sec complete all as specified and directed.Details of lifts are as under :-(a) Type of lift : Goods cum passenger lift (Service lift).(b) Load/No of person : 544 Kg/8 Passengers.(c) Speed : 1 mps.(d) Power : AC, three phase, 50 Hz, 415 volt.(e) Type of control : AC variable and variable frequency.(f) Machine : Permanent Magnet (PM Gearless motor).(g) Inside size of car : 1300 mm x 1100mm x 2200mm (length x width x height).(h) Car door : Two sides with hair line finish.(j) Car enclosure: Stainless steel SS-304.(k) Landing Entrance : Sliding stainless steel on same side on different floors location.(l) Door opening: 800mm x 2000mm (width & height).

(m) Counterweight : Guide rail of T section made out of steel counter weight to be on side/rear of car enclosure as per manufacturer's design. (n) Clear hoist way size: for lift (i) 1800 mm x 1900 mm (width & depth) and for lift (ii) - 2340 mm x 2100 mm (width and depth).(o) Flooring: Granite.(p) Location: CVRDE Avadi Chennai.(q) Operation: Simplex, selective, collective with / without attendant.(r) Signals and standard features: (i) Combined luminious hall bottons with digital hall position indicators at all floors. (ii) Digital car position indicator in the car. (iii) One car operating panel with luminious button in ar. (iv) One car direction indicator in car. (v) Battery operated alarm bell and emergency light alongwith luminous button in car. (vi) Overload warning features in car. (vii) Auto rescue device with maintenance free batteries and charger. (viii) Microprocessor based controller. (ix) Built in voltage stabilizer in control panel. (x) Auto fan cut off. (xi) Emergency firemen's service, voice synthesizer and intercom connection.
