1	Organizing visit of skilled Technician/ Engineer of OEM (which is Clivet) of central AC Plant of capacity 5 x 225 TR for the following :-(i) Depute a skilled technician/ Engineer for two working days except Sunday/ Holidays.(ii) Checking, Testing and providing consultancy for necessary repair to be carried out and providing necessary testing report of each Central type AC plant unit.(iii) Providing consultancy for repairing maintenance schedule for the smooth working of all equipments.(iv) The entire equipments will be serviced in presence of skilled technician.Note: (a) Necessary repairs and parts to be replaced will be paid separately under respective items. (b) Contractor will provide the uniforms for technicians.(c) Contractor will provide necessary documents from the OEM in respect of visit to be carried out as required by Engineer-in-Charge.
2	(d) Minor spares such as nuts, bolts, washers, aluminum lugs, grease or any spare part required for satisfactory operation of AC plant other than mentioned in this CA here-in-after are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
3	(e) If Contractor fails to repair/replace any faulty items within 24 Hours after entry of fault in log sheet, a panel recovery of Rs. 2500/- per day after 24 hours shall be recovered from next RAR from the contractor without any formal communication besides the recovery of penalty.

41	Material and labour for descaling of condenser unit of 225 TR screw type water chiller plant including accessories like pipe line and condenser tubes by using wire brush and cleaning thoroughly by using cleaning prescribed chemical (as per IS) to make system serviceable as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.
42	Material and labour for repair of condenser unit of 225 TR screw type complete inclusive repair of condenser copper tube after testing and provide brass/bronze metal dead plug in unserviceable condenser tube and descaling of water chiller plant including accessories like pipe line and condenser tubes by using wire brush and cleaning thoroughly by using cleaning prescribed chemical (as per IS) to make system serviceable as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.
43	Material and labour for repair of Chiller unit of 225 TR screw type plant inclusive removing all moisture /water contents deposited inside the chiller complete and testing for entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
44	Taking out carefully cooling DX coils of AHUs and replace with new DX Cooling coil of same size and capacity after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing electric/ gas pipe and other connection for complete overhauling with replace all connecting items etc., including Re-assemble and installed on his same position and connect all connection and controlled testing for entire satisfaction of Engineer-In -Charge complete all as specified.
45	Supply and fixing in replacement of expansion valve of 5 x 225 TR plant complete removing of old expansion valve by company mechanics and re-fixing the new expansion valve including all material required for re-fixing (ie oxygen gas , nitrogen gas & welding, brazing etc) and connection with own arrangement and making plant in running condition complete all as specified and directed.Make of AC Plant: Clivet or compatible with existing make as approved by the GE.
46	Supply & fixing in replacement of Expansion Valve sensor of 225 TR central AC plant as per existing at site complete all as specified and directed.Make : Clivet or compatible with existing as approved by the GE.
47	Supply & fixing in replacement of Expansion valve card of 5x 225 TR AC plant as per existing size and capacity installed by authorized company mechanics/dealer and install all the program and making plant in running condition complete all as specified and directed.Make: Clivet or compatible with existing as approved by the GE.
