| 1 | For capacity augmentation and modification works in switchyard of 220/132/33 kV Substation Gidahi, Basti, including carrying out GPS survey, proper space utilisation study, technical consultancy and preparation of detailed modified electrical drawings, considering present and future requirements, as detailed below: (a). Proposal for addition of 01 No. 132 kV TSS bay, including conversion of existing 132 kV TSS bay from single-phase to three-phase configuration, as spare bay is not available (b). Proposal for capacity enhancement from 220/132 kV 2x200 MVA to 2*200 MVA + 1*160 MVA transformer, including assessment of space constraints, (c). Shifting / relocation of existing 220 kV TBC bay and 132 kV TBC bay to feasible locations due to non-availability of spare HV and LV bays, along with required modifications in bus arrangements, gantries, structures, equipment layout and interconnections, (d). Preparation of modified Single Line Diagram (SLD) of existing and proposed 220/132/33 kV network including new transformer TSS bay, and shifted bays. (e). Preparation of detailed electrical layout drawings and sectional drawings for existing and proposed HV (220 kV), IV (132 kV) and LV (33 kV) systems, including bus bars, isolators, circuit breakers, CTs, PTs, jumpers and interconnections, (f). Marking of boundaries, equipment foundations, cable trenches, bus routes and general arrangement of entire switchyard including adjoining vacant land within substation premises, (g). Drawings to be prepared considering installation on “as-is-where-is\\" basis and minimum shutdown requirements, (h). Submission of drawings after incorporating necessary revisions as suggested by department. Deliverables: - Three (03) sets of hard copies on A-1 size sheets. - One (01) soft copy in PDF format. Brief scope includes: 1. GPS survey of existing switchyard and proposed extension / rearrangement area. 2. Proper space utilisation study for bay shifting, transformer and TSS bay addition and modification 3. Preparation and submission of modified SLDs 4.
