Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead. ( DSR Code No. 15.18)

Providing &fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/ structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirements of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S.Tubes, M.S. Tubes challis, M.S. champs and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing a thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the work men etc, complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.Note – 1. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.2. The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. ( DSR Code No. 10.2)

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron / steel works.(External surface only) ( DSR Code No. 13.50.3)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. (External surface only) ( DSR Code No. 13.62.1)

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint, two or more coats on new work, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. (Internal surface only) ( DSR Code No. 13.65)
