Providing and fixing of submersible pumping (water field ) set of 5.00 HP Kirloskar/ KSB/ Sabar/ Crompton/ Lubi/BS make comprising to leatest relevant BIS code. The pump should be fitted with impeller of Suitable alloys as per IS 8034-1976 latest subtable for clear water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor ( water proof type) of RPM 2900 of reputed make conforming to BIS 9238-1979 latest with upto date ammendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty insolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal thrust bearing plate chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and porovided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non verticalloads with minimum wear and tear. It should aslo be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards, erection clamps, cable clips and depth gauge etc. and suitable for operation on data given below:- Total Head:- 107.00 Mtrs Discharge :- 2.00 LPS

Providing & fixing of suitable size 2.50 mm2 Sq copper PVC insulated flat power 3 core copper cable conforming to BIS 1554 (part-I) -1988 of latest with appropriate size including all other accessories such as thimbles flexible pipe solder, nuts bolts, cable glands, etc. laid in pipes (carrying all three phases) in all leads and lifts to the etire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of control panel for operation of 5.00 HP pump set consisting of Ammeter, Voltmeter, three phase indication lamps, over load relay, Single Phase Preventer, MCB starter and internal wiring of in control panel cabinet etc. complete in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of High carbon steel rope size 6 mm for holding of submersible pump set complete in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing lowering IS marked riser pipe, 32 mm dia PVC socketed with upto date ammendments electric resistance including cost of cutting in random length 3.00 mtrs inclusive complete in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of M.S. Supporting U-clamp complete in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
