Following Work are to be carried out at 132 KV Sub-Station, Naugarh.

Major Overhauling of CGL/ABB/Siemens make spring type, 132 KV Gas Circuit breakers (GCBS). The Work includes, opening of charging motor assembly, opening & Closing coil assembly, opening of holding latch, Anti-pumping system, D-rusting & ratchet and adjustment of all gaps, Replacement of all O-Rings of Gas pipe assembly of mechanism checking of motor limit switch auxiliary contactors power contactors, retightening of all these connections satisfactory operation of all these breakers form local as well as remote of the breakers installed at 132 KV Sub-Stations, Naugarh. Measurement of closing and tripping time. Measurement of contact resistance of all the three poles of CB.a) 40 MVA T/F-I HV Side (ABB Make, Mfg, Year 2007).b) 40 MVA T/F-II HV Side (ABB Make, Mfg, Year 2007).c) 40 MVA T/F-III HV Side (GE Make, Mfg, Year 2019).d) 132 KV TBC Bay (CGL Make, Mfg, Year 2012).e) 132 KV Anand Nagar Bay (CGL Make, Mfg, Year 2013).
