Providing Comprehensive Servicing & Maintenance of the following UPS units installed in various blocks at GMCH, Sector-32, Chandigarh. The service of various UPS must be carried out fortnightly and the complaint calls must be attended by the firm in addition to the general maintenance within two hours from the time of such calls. The comprehensive servicing including the replacement of all the defective components (Including minor & major parts excepts batteries) for which the rates should include the cost of components & labour charges. The firm will be fully responsible for any inconvenience occurred in the hospital during the comprehensive period. The major Maintenance should be carried out by the firm by providing some stand by arrangements to avoid any failure of the power supply.

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of batteries of the following capacities after dismantling the old / defective batteries from the site. The job includes the cost of making connection of new battery with suitable rating copper wire, thimbles & any other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The batteries should be of Exide / Amaron / Tata Green / Panasonic make only. The guarantee period of battery of capacity upto 18 AH shall be one year and above 18 AH shall be two years against any manufacturing defect from date of handing over to the department and the guarantee card of batteries shall be submitted before installing the same at site.
