Maintenance to WPIL make 15 cusec VT pumping unit coupled with 800 KW Prime mover LIS Tral 3rd to unit no 1,2,3,4, `. The job includes as per the Annexure of the SBD.

Servicing to panel for 15.00 M Ton capacity and 8.00 M Ton capacity EOHT cranes. The Job includes as per the Annexure of the SBD

Maintenance /Checking to Automatic Float Cum boost 110V,15A Battery Charger . The job includes as per the Annexure of the SBD.

Complete Servicing of Each Vacuum Circuit Breakers of 11KV panel in the pump house and Vacuum Circuit Breakers of 33KV panel in the Transformer yard. The job includes as per the Annexure of the SBD.

Maintenance /Checking to 800 KW soft Starter by way of following Checking /maintenance to CT operated coils 200 A/5A, 400 Amp AC contactor assembly ,Auxiliary Contactors, timer, Push button .auxiliary wiring etc

Servicing of 03 pole 33 KV Isolators in the Transformer yard by way of checking after disconnecting the power supply in the transformer yard by main isolator . The job includes as per the Annexure of the SBD.

General checking of all VRLA type batteries (55 Nos) lying in the pump house and invatubular batteries (03 Nos) lying in the transformer yard ,its terminal and connector checking ,lubrication of terminals by standard petroleum jelly . The job involves topping of the ( 03 no) invatubular batteries by electrolyte thimbling where required

Providing of spare fresh mineral oil reputed make for the pumping units as off and on water enters the bearing housing during operation and creates urgency for filling of new mineral oil after drainage of old water mixed /degraded M.Oil to save the thrust bearing from being damage and to make the pumping units operational again Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
