Complete Servicing of Each Vacuum Circuit Breakers of 11KV ,800 amp panel in the pump house (New ) and Vacuum Circuit Breakers of 33KV 1600 amp panel in the Transformer yard. The job includes as per the Annexure of the SBD.

Preventive maintenance of 780 kw (LRS) liquid rotor starter of unit no. unit no. 4th , 5 th,6th and 7th LIS Tral 2nd. The job includes as per the Annexure of the SBD.

Complete servicing of LT panels, indoor type Switch Board:Checking and repairing to LT panel by way of Opening of panel doors checking all MCCB’s and MCBs cleaning of fixed and moving point sets and, with cleaning spray agent, compressed air using air compressor, then checking and tightening of all connections

Servicing to panel for 15.00 M Ton capacity EOHT crane at by way of servicing of contactors ,MCCBs, checking of Three phase AC Supply to motor, .Servicing of EOHT crane. The job includes as per the Annexure of the SBD.

Servicing of 03 pole 33 KV Isolators in the Transformer yard after disconnecting the power supply in the transformer yard . The job involves checking the stack of the Isolators, operating mechanism, contact rods ,fixed /moving contact points (both male/female ) spring mechanism greasing the isolators tighting of the nuts /bolts etc

Maintenance to WPIL make 15 cusec VT pumping unit coupled with 780 KW Prime mover LIS Tral 2nd to unit no 4th and 7th. The job includes as per the Annexure of the SBD.

Providing of spare fresh mineral oil reputed make for the pumping units as off and on water enters the bearing housing during operation and creates urgency for filling of new mineral oil after drainage of old water mixed /degraded M.Oil to save the thrust bearing from being damage and to make the pumping units operational again Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
