Fabrication of Syphonic Bend of size 1200mm inlet diameter and 2400 outlet diameter for Koda pump canal , Fatehpur . work includes cutting of 10 mm MS Plate , rolling and welding to make cone of required diameter then marking and cutting of cone in gradually increasing diameter then putting one by one segment to make syphonic bend of required shape then welding of each segments by using jugar and scafolding in such a way that edges must match and filling of gap by welding, then chipping of welding portion, finishing, grinding and filing it to make it smooth also fabrication of MS Flange (ID-1220mm, OD-1470) with 25 mm thick MS Plate as per the drawing and direction of engineer- in -charge including all cost of labour and T&P required for proper completion of work for Koda pump canal, Fatehpur .
