Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and removal of rubbish outside Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix M-40 grade using 20mm graded aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including necessary formwork and providing arragement of lifting the cover slabs with mechanical equipment in specified location (working hour to be restricted as per site condition) and as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for patch repair in concrete surfaces of depth more than 20mm with shrinkage controlled polymer modified fibre reinforced cementitious patch repair mortar chemical make as approved by GE having a compressive strength of 45 Mpa over a coat of Nitobond SBR or make as approved by GE on the base surfaces including taking out the old loose concrete complete all as specified and directed.Make : Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc or make as approved by GE.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S & F structural steel framed work such as angle, channel, I beams, etc cut to shape, including bending and welding angles as necessary confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 as in supporting structure of duct covers, platforms (0 to -3m level) and capstan, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, nosing angle and similar works; including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all specified and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel plain or chequred plates confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 welded, riveted, bolted attachment to supporting structure of capstan, duct covers, valve pit access platform and working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.
