Landing Doors & door frame - power operated - Centre opening sliding doors & door frame shall be Stainless steel glass door finish. Landing doors shall have a fire resistance of 2 hr.Lift car ceiling: It shall have a small circular LED-lights & Regular Fan. Ceiling shall be of Stainless Steel mirror finish. Flooring:- Granite superior quality in design and pattern as approve by the Engineer-in-charge.Lift shall have all the features as per Accessible India Norms updated till date and shall be installed in compliance with the norms.Braile system push buttons of minimum dimensions of 20mm with height of the letter size 15mm including all facilities for physically challenged persons.Voice announcement system in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoistway as car passes or stops at a floor served by the elevator, complete with Automatic operated control panel and signals, lift car, car safety devices as per IS:14665 and as amended upto date. Note:- 1) Voice announcement shall be operative during operation of ARD also. 2) During ARD operation lights/ emergency light and fan shall be in working condition. If required separate inverter should be provided for which nothing extra shall be paid.
