| 11 | Material and labour for rewinding the electric motor of capacity 7.5 HP capacity, disconnecting the electric connection of motors, earth connections, decoupling motor from existing position, removing nuts/bolts and removing the motors from its existing position to workshop (Note : following work are to be deemed in rate quoted) :-(a) Removing the split case/body cover of motor, separate stator/rotor and cutting the complete burnt/defective copper winding. (b) Cleaning the stator body complete by rubbing sand paper remove all carbons. (c) Insert insulating materials such as insulating paper sleeves. (d) Rewinding the stator with existing size of super enameled copper winding, varnishing and heating up at desired temp. For achieve the particular Ohm resistance. (e) Clean the rotor and assembling in motor. (f) Connection/coupling the motor with machine, connect all electric/earth connection nuts/bolts at its original position and testing on load complete all as specified and directed. |
