Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description above or and removing the debris outside Naval Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M40 grade with Design mix with graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors,roof, landing, balcony, deck slabs,canopies and in shelves and the like including necessary formwork and providing arrangement of lifting the cover slabs with the mechanical equipments in specified location( working hour to be restricted as per site condition) and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M&L for patch repair in concrete surfaces of any depth as required with shrinkage controlled polymer modified fibre reinforced cementitious patch repair mortar having a compressive strength of 45 Mpa over a coat of bonding primer on the base surfaces includung taking out the old loose concrete complete all as specified and directed.Note : 25 Kg of Renderoc SP40 bag ready to use at site by mixing with water at 4.25 Ltr per bag shall be used for patch repairs in concrete.[Make as Approved by GE.] Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
