Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting binding materials to the required density Grading -III (G-III) as per Technical Specification Clause 405 by mechnical means including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and applying prime coat with with bitumen VG-10 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 to 1.00 kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads ,lifts and other incidental, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, Tol Tax, GST and other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with with bitumen VG-10 using distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads ,lifts and other incidental, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, Tol Tax, GST and other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of bituminous concreteusing 25 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an avrage output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 to 5.6% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finishers withsensor control to the required grade level and alignment rolling with samooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTHspecification clause No.509 complete in all respect. including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer in Charge.
