Providing and laying 50mm (Fifty millimetre) thick Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 (One hundred to One hundred twenty) TPH hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes (Seventy five) per hour using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500-7 premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-Thirty) at the rate 3.4% (Three point four percent) of mix transported to site within all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD Technical Specification section 500 as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg (zero decimal two zero to zero decimal two five kilogram) per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surfaces cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MORD technical specification clause-503, as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimetres) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13.2 mm (thirteen decimal two millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (Viscosity grade-Thirty) at the rate of 5.5% (Five point five) percent of mix weight and using cement as filler with quantity not less than 2% ( two percent) by weight of total aggregate or as per design mix transported to site, laid with sensor paver finisher hydraulic with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, over a previsiouly prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheel roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve to fifteen) tonne with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56 MPa (Zero decimal five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achive the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specification section 500 complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (two point five milimetres) thick and 0.10 (zero point one zero) metre wide strip in centre line and 0.30 metre (zero point three zero metre) wide strip in zebra crossing including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms (two hundred fifty grams) per square metre area, thickness of 2.5mm (two point five milimetres) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 (thirty five) in accordance with ministery of road transport specification (Latest revision) and IRC Code the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including carriage of labours, equipements and materials to various location all modes of transportation, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
