| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of energy efficient LED outdoor luminaires suitable for street.perimeter lighting, shall be supplied alongwith necessary accessories, BIS certified potted driver & required fixing/installation hardware, metallic powder coated/G.I. mounting bracket. Specifications to be read in conjuction with detailed description of item and as shall be intalled as per directions from Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. The design of illumination shall be done by OEM of luminaire @ avg. 15 Lux for the boundary wall/fencing area & same shall be submitted for approval. 2. The performance (Electrical & mechanical) of the luminaires shall be WARRANTEED for a period of minimum 5 Years from the date of commissioning. 3. Additional Security deposit amount @ 10% of total value of this item shall be withheld by the department for a period of 5 years from the date of completion of work.4. The technical datasheet along with LM-79, LM-80 & LED driver reports issued from NABL accredited lab for all the luminaires shall be submitted for approval. |

| 7 | Supply, erection and installation of octagonal G.I. pole alongwith welded base plate and foundation bolts for street light: 5 metre length GI Octagonal Pole with overhang arm decorative bracket of following sizes with angle of tilt as per the Luminaire OEM design. The G.I. structure shall be continuously tapered having 3 mm thickness throughout the length of the pole. The bottom diameter shall be 130 mm and top diameter shall be 70 mm. The base plate size shall be 200x200x12 mm and 4 Nos. 16 mm diameter 600 mm long J type anchor bolts. The door for control gear and cable jointing shall be flush with pole external surface and shall provide easy access for electrical connections, earthing of pole shall be done with earth driven rod and GI wire/strip as per detailed specification. The scope includes excavation in groud work, supply of material and preparation of RCC foundation, min two (02) 50 mm dia HDPE pipes inserted for cable entries, 6A, SP (Ics ≥ 10 kA) MCB, heavy duty 16A-4 pole connector for cable end terminations and 3Core x1.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated flexible cables for inside connection are included in the scope of this item. Detailed description of item and direction of engineer in charge shall be referred. |
