| 1 | Clearing light jungle area of all kinds of shrubs, bulb weeds, grass, small plants, branches including cutting all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth, thorny leaves etc. complete, and disposing the same as place specified by Engineer, transporting at contractors own cost complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The unwanted cut bulb weeds, wild grass, unwanted vegetation are to be periodically collected and transported to dumping yard. During execution period any damages shall be rectified to the original at contractor cost. The measurement for payment shall be taken prior to cut the jungle and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include the cost of labour, transportation, loading, and unloading at dumpyard or place as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Sweeping and Cleaning the concrete surfaces daily around the lab area and pathway area in IGCAR complex including collecting and stacking swept material for disposal upto 4km and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Every time cleaning area shall be measured for payment 2. The contractor shall engage minimum 1 number of workers daily as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Failure to deploy the minimum number of labour will attract recovery with the minimum wages for every default of labour as mentioned in specification. 3. The rate should also include sweeping tools etc. 4. The contractor shall supply the necessary PPE to the workers. 5. The rate shall include the cost of hire charges of lorry and labour for transporting of sweeping materials to the dumping yard. |
| 3 | Sweeping and Cleaning the road surfaces including water table, road junction & pavement on both sides of roads from new IGCAR gate to Main Gate complex area or IGCAR area or DAE Installations (as required by Engineer-in-Charge) two times in a Month or when and where ever required including collecting upto 200m and stacking swept material for disposal up to 4km Lead complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Every time cleaning area shall be measured for payment. 2. The contractor shall engage minimum 2 numbers of workers daily as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. | 4 | Cleaning the storm water drain when and wherever required including collection of all unwanted leaves, small plants, silt and other unwanted debris etc. upto initial lead 200m and stacking for disposal upto 5km lead at place specified by Engineer, all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 8 | Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road. |

| 10 | Clearing blockage in storm water drain, mouth outlets, road side berm rain water pipes, cutting and removing of fallen trees etc., during the monsoon period, cyclone time and rainy days, and all other essential miscellaneous works etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Contractor has to engage a minimum of 1 number of male coolies per unit with all PPE like Raincoat, Gumboot, PVC Hand Gloves etc. and during night time with hand torches complete. |
| 11 | Cutting and trimming the branches of the trees of below mentioned girth size of maximum height up to 15.00 metre height from ground level with handling the cut out portion secondary stems, trunk, roots etc., of the Banyan Tree / Rain tree / assorted tree, including required labour, tools , hand saw, arc and disposing using mechanical transport of all the cut branches to dumping yard with in a lead of 5.0km including the lorry/tipper and the labours for loading and unloading the branches of tree, leaves etc., and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
