Providing & applying tack coat with rapid setting (RS-1) Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface including cleaning of road surface and spraying tack coat @ 0.20 K.g / Sqm using mechanical means as per Cluse No. 501, 503 and Section 900 and all relevant sections/ clauses of the Mort&h specification for road and bridgeworks of Ministry of Road Transfport& Highway (5th Revision) & Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in Table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cooking the surface,including providing anti-skid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directio, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100° C ,protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Clause 516 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-20 including centering and shuttering with crushed stone aggregates 20mm size and mixed , placed in foundation and compacted as per section 900, 1500, 1700, 2100, 2900 and all relevant sections/ clauses of the Mort&h specification for road and bridgeworks of Ministry of Road Transfport& Highway (5th Revision) & Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.
