Earthwork in excavation of foundation by hydtplic exavatot of 0.90 cumbucket capacity in hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed upto the reqd. depth and deposting the excavated materials with all leads and lift T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal extra soil deposited from road way cutting within initial lead and lift all cost of materials and labour T&P etc. comple as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,filling foundation and plinth with sand of approved quality from approved quarry well watered and rammed with rammer including all cost of materials and labour T&P etc. comple as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete work of (M-15) in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed placed in foundation and compaced by c vibration including mixing ,hoisting,conveying ,laying compacting the mix to reqd.level and grade,curing upto specified period with cost,conveyance,royality,taxes of all materials all labour hire and running charges of all machinaries T&P sundries complete as per drawing ,specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 in Drain & Utility corrider work as per drawing and Technical specification and instruction etc complete and all cost of labour T&P etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (A) Base

Cutting straightening of steel HYSD (Fe-415) conforming to (IS-1786) with bending, binding, cranking, hooking, welding or joining if necessary & tying the grills and placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and & for providing fan hooks hosting lowering & laying steels including cost conveyance taxes & royalties of alol materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges (payment will be made on weight of MS rod or tersteel only basing on the co-efficient of MS rod or for steel bars approved by SAIL/TATA/competent authority and (No separate payment will be made towards the cost of binding wires over lapping, wastage coupling welded, joints,spacer bars, chairs stays,hangers and annealed steel wire o9r other methods for binding and placing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
