Provided and fixing ofCivil & Structural Works–Rooftop Shed (15ft x 12ft) The civil works will comprise design, fabrication, and execution of a structurally sound rooftop shed engineered to withstand environmental loads and ensure long-term service life. Job includes providing and fixing of Elevated RCC Base Slab: Height: 6 to 8 inches (150–200 mm) above rooftop level. Material: M25 grade Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) with Fe-500 TMT bars, conforming to IS 456:2000.Slope: 1:100 slope towards drainage points for effective water runoff. Drainage System: 4-inch diameter PVC pipes (reputed brand), integrated with the building’s rainwater disposal network. Boundary Walls Construction: 230 mm thick brickwork (masonry parapet walls) on all four sides, fixed at 2 feet (600 mm) height. Plaster: Interior: Cement mortar plaster (1:4 ratio) with waterproofing additives Exterior: Cement mortar plaster (1:4 ratio) with waterproofing additives. Tiling Interior: 100% vitrified tiles (IS-compliant) with 100 mm high skirting.2.
