Providing and applying 2.5mm (minimum) thick thermoplastic road marking paint for edge line, central line, stop line, segregation line, zebra crossing, arrows and other road signs etc. The thermoplastic material should be homogeneously composed of pigment, hot resin and glass reflectorising beads @0.250 Kg/Sqm. The gradation of glass beads must be as per table 800.4 and properties of material should be as per table 800.3 of MORT&H specification (5th revision). The work should be complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of informatory board of size 1200mm x 600mm consisting of 3mm thick ACP sheet having fully reflectorised by laminating high intensity microprismatic sheet Type-IV (HIP) with screen printing including signs and lettering in different colours one side of the MS frame and other side of the frame also to be provided with 3mm thick ACP sheet with the help of rivets. The rectangular frame of size 1200mm x 600mm shall be made out of rectangular hollow pipe section (with two nos. horizontal and 03 nos. vertical support on equal interval) of size 70 x 30mm,3.2 mm thick, 02 Nos. legs of 80mm nominal bore, 3.2mm thick M.S. pipe of length 12' long welded with anchorage of 0.25 mtr long 75mm x 6mm MS flat at the bottom of the legs and 4 Nos. M.S. flat 0.075mm long of size 75x10mm thick for supporting the frame with legs. The board shall be embedded in CC 1:2:4 block of size 45cmx45cmx60cm. The rate further include digging of pit and the cost of painting two or more coats of special quality paint including priming coat and preparation of surface complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer- in-Charge. P/F of board square in shape of size 600 x 600 mm, along with indication plate of size 600 x 300 mm made of 3mm thick ACP Sheet. Front side to have type IV Retro Reflective High Intensity Microprismatic sheeting confirming IRC- 67-latest edition/ASTM - D-4956 subject matter on the base with screen printing of transparent ink for sign and lettering in different colour. The back support frame consisting of MS angle 25x25x3mm, provided with one leg post of height 3.66 meter of 50x50x5mm MS angle and 0.15 m hold fast painted with first quality synthetic enamel paint with primer of alternate colour Black & White and embedding the same in C.C. 1:2:4 block of size 225x225x300mm rates also include digging of pit complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
