It also includes shifting the debries of sand, cement, plaster, thermocol insulation etc dismantled chilled water pipe from the basement area and dumping the same outside the RLA premises through tractor-trolley. the job includes dismantling of pipelines located inside false ceilings or on surface installations without causing any damage to existing structures, finishes or services.The dismantled material/scrap shall be retained by the contractor, and the corresponding buy-back value shall be deducted from the project cost. |
