The mast also includes accessories like Lighting protection finial- 1.2 Mtr Galvanized, Single Spike and 2 nos.of IP-65 Protected LED aviation obstruction light luminaire of 15 W comprising of die cast aluminium alloy housing with Polycarbonate enclosure having more than 200 No's of Low Power LED's having minimum power consumption 15 watts complete in all respect. 2) The mast structure shall be suitable to sustain an assumed maximum reaction arising from a wind speed as per IS 875 Part-3 2015 (three second gust). 3) The steel used in the construction of the masts shall comply with IS 2062 grade E350 / BSEN 10025 or Equivalent having minimum yield strength of 350 N/Sq. mm 4) OEM have facility to hot dip galvanised mast sections in single section at a time. The entire fabricated mast shall be hot dip galvanized internally and externally having a uniform average coating as per BSEN ISO 1461 and average thickness of Galvanisations should be 80 microns on each side(inner and outer surface) (For Steel > 3mm to ≤ 6 mm) 5) Masts shall be structurally designed in accordance with PLG 7– latest edition considering the gust wind speed as per IS 875 prevailing in the region. 6) OEM must have type test certificate for wind tunnel test. |
