Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beeds @ 250 gm per Sqm of area. Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free streaks and holes complete. As per SOR Lucknow Circle Lucknow MoRTH 803(8.13). (Including labour cess but excluding GST.).

Supply & Fixing of reflective raised pavement amrker with its body surface made of tough ASA (Acrylic styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (Hi-impact Polystyrene) of acrylonitirie buladiens styrene (ABS). The marker shall supported a load of 1335 kg tested in accordance with ATMD 4280 and its reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes of providing total internal reflection of the light ente3ring the lens face. Retro reflecting surface shall preferably by 35+-5 degree to base and area of each retro reflecting suface shall not be less than 13.0 sqcm road struds shall be legibly marked with name trade mark or other means of identification of the manufacturer dimensions of road studs should not be less than 100 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. RPM (with Shank) as per ASTM. As per SOR Lucknow Circle Lucknow MoRTH 804 (8.35). (Including labour cess but excluding GST.).

Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming toIRC-79 and the drawings. as per MORTH Specification Clause 805 ( On culverts and bridge parapets) (Including labour cess but excluding GST.).

Providing and erecting a \\"W\\" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810. (Including labour cess but excluding GST.).

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium sheeting type 4 , 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.
