Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc. 1. Complete cleaning of fairlead and Drag pulley.2. Making platform/stand for rebuilding of fair lead pulley.3. Making platform/stand for rebuilding of Drag pulley.4. Template making according to pulley profile.5. MS plate (10mm) cutting according to template for side rebuilding of pulley.6. Pulley groove filling according to original profile.7. Repairing and rebuilding of fair lead pulley and Drag pulley.8. Grinding all pulleys for original shaping.Note: The maximum deployment of manpower for the above job will be as 1. Skilled fitter for 148 nos. manshifts 2. Skilled Welder for 236 nos. manshifts. 3. Semi-Skilled for 156 nos. manshifts and 4. Un- Skilled for 08 nos. manshifts.# Work to be completed within 24 days after handing over the job.
