The lab testing reports as per IS: 8148 shall be submitted from National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL)accredited as per ISO/International Electro technical Commission (IEC) 17025 standards/ Central Power Research Institute (CPRI)/ Electrical Research and Development Association (ERDA) with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) etc. complete as per CPWD specification as required. |

The bidder who submits the offer with concessional Goods and Service Tax (GST) shall submit the proof of applicable concessional GST. Evaluation of bids: - The evaluation and comparison of responsive bids shall be done on the basis of Net cost to BSNL on the prices of the goods & Services (i.e. complete work) offered along with all applicable Taxes, packing Forwarding Freight & Insurance charges etc. exclusive of GST.Declaration by Bidder1.
