NOTE: 1. In case, any techno-commercially qualified bidder(s) quote beyond plus OR minus 5% [i.e. +/- 5%] on Total Estimated Cost (exclusive of GST) indicated above, their price bid will not be considered for further evaluation and will be disqualified. 2. Above rates are exclusive of Goods and Service Taxes (GST). GST to be quoted in percentage in figure.3. Fees will be payable on half yearly basis on the submission of Internal Audit Reports as per approved plan in respect of Sl. No. 1 to 3.4. Fees will be payable on yearly basis on the submission of Internal Audit Report as per approved plan in respect of Sl. No. 4 to 6.5.Out of Pocket Expenses would be payable extra at actual on reimbursement basis on submission of bills ( as applicable) and it would be regulated as mentioned in details of Out of Pocket Expenses in the SCC of tender document.6. Bidders are required to quote the rates strictly as per the above SOR format and not to use any other format. Any quote received in format other than the tendered SOR, the same shall be rejected. 7.If any bidder offers suo-moto discount affter opening of un-priced bids, such reduction /discounts shall not be considered for evaluation. However, if the bidder happens to be the lowest evaluated bidder without considering such discount, then benefit of discount will be availed at the time of award of work. No Conditional discount shall be considered.8. Bidders are advised to quote upto two decimal places. In case of discrepency between percentage in figures & words, percentage in words will prevail.9. GAIL Gas may acquire additional GAs (Geographical Areas) during the audit period. If the same are acquired, then Internal Audit of these GAs may be required to be conducted. In such a case 5% of the audit fee, as quoted by the bidder (Sl. No. 1-3), for the relevant FY, for each additional GA will be paid to the bidder. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
