| 1 | Supply & laying in trenchs or passing through pipe, or as indicated at site, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel round wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) earthed with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed Add Note : Contractor shall make liaison with civil authorities i.e. MSEDCL or any other Agency for getting NOC of road cutting or boring for passing GI ppipe and HT cable and permission shall be submited to AGE E/M (AF) Ojhar, if it any dispute comes on damage causes at site during execution contractor will be responsible to resolve the issues. |
| 2 | Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft soil complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Durining excavation manually/mechanically if it break any AFNET, Signal, HT LT cable or other camunication cable will be repair by contractor its on arrangment without any financial claim. |

| 4 | Returning Filling in including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 Cm complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Removing excavated/Surplus soil n exc 50 Mtr & depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 with peak, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Material and labour for laying of fine, clean sand (river sand) free from sharp materials in trenches for cushioning of cable 8 cm thick under cable and 15 cm thick over the cable including gently punning for cable in trenches/cable ducts , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The total thickness of sand shall be measured 18 cm after punning complete all as specified and directed |
| 8 | Supply & fix jointing and testing in replacement HT cable jointing kit for 11 KV(earthed) grade cable heat shrink for end termination indoor door type joint complete with jointing matrial and accessaries suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.Make: Raychem/Denson/G-seal |
