Painting of old painted surface including preparation of surfaces, rubbing down existing surfaces by hand scraping or by blow lamps/flame cleaning or by paint removing chemicals, after removal of paint the surfaces shall be finally sand papered and surface cleaned of all dust and applying two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint on finally prepared surfaces by mechanical means using spray painting Guns. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
